I mean, the technologies aren’t there and that’s not the problem. It kind of waves its hand at carbon recapture, things like that. If we’re going to be neutral in thirty years, we have to be cutting them back every year. They don’t say let’s stop fossil fuels, let’s cut them back every year. If you look at the programs, they don’t lead in that direction. It says carbon net emissions should be neutral by mid-century. The rhetoric does exceed the IPCC commitments. While we’re talking, they’re busy dismantling regulations, seeing how much damage they can do before they get out.
